During its great war, the Shinarendrettan society changed from a monarchy into a republic. The Guardians of Time had the king executed and set up the new governing body. An enormous building was built that granted seats to every ruling power in the world. It was in this forum that all peoples were invited to come and voice any issues they might have. The building became known as the Chamber or the Great Hall.
