Son of Fermafi the brother of Riobe. He was given the title the Bearer of Briarean, the home country of his father.
He was made a captain of the Army of Tier by Prince Tornoah, to help lead his father's army.
He wore the armor Riobe had given to his father just before the Fall of Tier.
Following the Return, and the defeat of Kael's forces, Shairion was made the new Protector of Tier in the restored Tier.
